Below are answers to some of the questions you may have regarding the transition. Our goal is to make this as easy as possible so that you can enjoy all benefits of membership as soon as possible!
Frequently Asked Questions
On July, 15 2020 the Board of Directors of C & NW Proviso Credit Union voted to become part of the FFCU Network.
You will keep all of the benefits of your C & NW Credit Union Membership, as well as the additional products, services, & discounts available to all FFCU members.
Your accounts will be part of the FFCU Network and visible in Online and Mobile Banking starting on October 1, 2020. Learn how to register for online banking.
You will receive a final statement effective September 30, 2020 from C & NW Proviso Credit Union.
You will also receive a September 30, 2020 statement from the FFCU Network that will include your ending balance with C & NW Proviso Credit Union + one day of interest.
The accounts you have with C & NW Proviso will not be changing. Your current share and loan accounts will transfer to our systems without interruption.
As a member of FFCU Network you also now have access to a wide array of products and services to help meet your financial goals. We offer high-interest checking accounts, first & second mortgage loans, and more. We have also teamed up partners like Enterprise Car Sales and LendKey Student Loan Refinancing to provide you exclusive offers.
Yes – FFCU’s routing number is 271989112 and can be used for setting up electronic payments, direct deposits and more. Any electronic payments made using the C & NW Credit Union routing number will be forwarded for a period of time. We encourage you to update your vendors with our routing number, and if applicable, your new account number as soon as possible.
Your member number will also be slightly changing. Your new member number be a combination of your current member number and new leading digits.
- All member numbers will be at least six digits long
- All member numbers will start with eight
- For numbers shorter than five digits, zeroes will be added after the eight as needed
