Making your loan payment is easy with EFNCU. We offer a number of convenient ways to make your next loan payment.
If you haven’t already, consider enrolling in automatic payments and save time and worry.
Pay from your EFNCU Account
From online or mobile banking, choose your loan from the “My Accounts” menu and click “Pay Now”.
You can make one-time payments, schedule future and recurring payments and more.
Pay from Another Institution
If you don’t have an EFNCU Checking or Savings, you can enroll in our Account to Account (A2A) service. When you enroll in A2A you will have access to make one-time or recurring payments to your loan from another institution.
You can link an external account for payments directly from online or mobile banking!
From mobile banking, use the “Link External Account” option on the home page.
Need to make a payment fast?
Try our LoanPay Xpress Service. You can make your payment using most major debit or credit cards for a fee.
You do not need to create an account to make these types of payments but will need your Loan Account Number.
Make a Payment by Phone
You can pay your mortgage by phone two different ways.
1) Via automated banking (CUTalk) – follow the prompt for “Automated Banking Services”. Note you will need your member number and your phone banking PIN. Contact us for assistance locating this info.
2) Assisted by a member of our team – a member of our team can help you make a payment over the phone. To expedite your request, please have your routing number and account number for any external accounts available.
