FFCU Member Survey from Member Loyalty Group

Spring 2016 — FFCU members may be contacted by a third party research organization called Member Loyalty Group. A survey will be sent to various FFCU members in order to gather feedback on our quality of service, products, and the resources available to our members.

Our goal is to gather this valuable input from our members so we can implement any needed improvements to the member experience.
