From July 17th to August 4th, FFCU is partnering with Volunteers of America of Illinois for Operation Backpack 2017. Bring your donation items to any FFCU branch location to help children across the Chicagoland area! On August 4th the supplies will be picked up and organized to give to Chicago Public School children on their first day of school.
Operation Backpack collects and assembles donated school supplies into backpacks for children in their welfare services program, children of veterans they serve and children attending Chicago Public Schools. With your help we will provide supplies to more than 2,000 kids in need.
